4. Liability: Shellseema is not responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur in the immigration process. We cannot guarantee a successful outcome for any client. Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information to Shellseema.

5. Refunds: Refunds are not available once services have been rendered.

6. Termination of services: Either party may terminate services at any time. In the event of early termination, fees will not be refunded.
